NDO Champ is a bodybuilder and boxer who survived the Liberian Civil War and immegrated to the United States at a very young age. Growing up in America, he had to struggle to survive, fell in with the wrong crowd, and ended up in prison. Since being released he transformed his life to become one of the most hardcore and high energy bodybuilders currently in the sport. He is also featured in Strength Wars: The Movie as a competitor in the biggest tournament in the history of Strength Wars. We interview NDO Champ to dive deep into his past, the origins of his bodybuilding lifestyle, and some insight into his battles in Strength Wars.
